Finance Director

Our client, an SME world-leading niche SaaS technology business, is looking for an experienced Finance Director / CFO following significant investment to rapidly grow the business internationally.

This is an exciting opportunity for an FD to partner with the CEO to lead the business' ambitious growth agenda, with an intended IPO or trade exit planned in 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop the finance function, ensuring a robust and compliant department set to support future growth
• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare consolidated accounts in a timely manner, with added value commentary and analysis, including the consolidation of international subsidiaries
• Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and optimise the company's strategic position
• Contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business
• Integrating any M&A activity

To apply you will need to be a qualified accountant, an experienced FD or CFO, with a proven track record of playing a leading role within a fast-growth environment. You will have a hands-on approach as well as having the ability to see the bigger picture. It is also important that you have experience within an international setting, including Europe, AsiaPac and the Americas. Having a background within the SaaS or B2B Technology sector will also be a distinct advantage.
