Head of Financial Reporting

greenwellgleeson has been exclusively instructed to recruit a Head of Reporting for a fast growing international manufacturing business. In this newly created the role the role holder will be responsible for leading the group financial reporting with overall responsibility for the consolidated monthly and annual reporting, manage working capital, overseeing tax/treasury/risk, supporting reporting to the parent and most importantly work with the CFO to drive operational and strategic change in the group to improve overall group performance. Additional you will support the planned M&A activity and well as managing external relationships with the bankers and auditors. To be considered for the role you will ideally have trained in a large practice firm, have experience of working in an engineering/manufacturing business, international exposure and also you will also need to demonstrate ability to drive strategic change and delivering best practice on controls and process across the group.
