Group Financial Controller

A highly innovative PE Backed technology business, designed to give an edge to businesses in a rapidly evolving market, is seeking a commercial Group Financial Controller. Playing a vital role, the Group FC will be partnering the CFO and supporting the business through an ambitious growth period.

With full responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function, including management of a small team, the FC will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will be tasked with improving the business's board packs as well as providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis in order to support major strategic decision making across the business. You will have a broad commercial remit, supporting decision making and reviewing bids and contracts, as well as playing a crucial role supporting the business through a period of planned M&A.

The Group FC will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered, having qualified in a top tier accountancy firm. You will have excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate at all levels both within and outside the organisation in order to build and maintain key relationships.
