Finance Controller

Greenwell Gleeson is working on an partnership with a fast growing service sector business. Reporting directly to the Finance Director the Finance Controller will effectively assume full control and ownership of the finance function. Leading a large team you will be responsible for detailed monthly performance reporting and preparation of board reports, forecasting and planning, developing and monitoring finance and operational KPIs, balance sheet control, implementing and improving internal controls and actively developing and mentoring direct reports. Additionally you will actively support the operations as the business seek to grow existing and develop new revenue streams as well as support the integration of any acquired businesses. To be successful in this role you will be a self starter with the confidence and ability to communicate, influence and challenge colleagues at differing levels. Finally experience of working logistics/distribution would be highly desirable.
