Senior Legal Counsel - Insurance

A global and very well known insurance company is seeking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel into its team in London.

This role provides legal advice to a variety of commercial lines, but additionally will work with its personal and consumer businesses. The work is extremely varied and interesting and will provide advice in relation to contractual arrangements with brokers, projects, acquisitions and disposals and MGA/delegated authority arrangements

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally a minimum of 4 years' PQE in either corporate or commercial law (private practice or in-house) and exposure to the insurance industry, either in the form of advising insurance clients, or working within an insurance business.
• Strong commercial ethos and a team player
• Proven track record in managing commercial lines legal issues and advising senior business leaders
