Employment Solicitor
A highly regarded national practice is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its Employment team in Cambridge on a permanent, full time basis.
The Role
The Solicitor will be joining a leading team of employment specialists, focusing on advising clients in the education and charity sectors.
You will be dealing with a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This is likely to include:
- Contracts of Employment
- Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
- Unfair dismissal
- Redundancies
- Discrimination and harassment
- TUPE
- Handbooks and policies
Candidate Requirements
The successful Employment Lawyer will ideally have:
- 2+ years' PQE
- Wide-ranging experience in employment law
- Experience working across similar sectors (advantageous though not essential)
- Excellent client care skills
- The ability to work well within this thriving team
- Ambition and enthusiasm to forge a career in employment law
- An appetite for business development with the drive to grow the practice both in Cambridge and nationally
On Offer
- £43,000 - £65,000 per annum
