Corporate Lawyer - Qatar

Top tier UK law firm is looking to hire a mid-level / Senior Lawyer to join their Corporate practice in Qatar.

Ideal candidates will be currently working with an international law firm and have experience in cross-border M&A's, joint ventures, private equity and shareholder agreements. You will have upwards of 5 years experience and fluency in Arabic and English. Experience gained in the Middle East would be a distinct advantage.

You will need to have the ability to lead on transaction and mentor more junior members of the team
