Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a private equity backed business services company based in the South East. They are in a growth sector and are undertaking a rapid scale-up through M&A and continued organic growth.

They now require a Group CFO to ensure the platform is robust, can sustain the next phase of growth and deliver high quality MI to enable effective decision-making.

A chartered accountant who likes to be in the detail, the Chief Financial Officer must possess the personality and drive to engage and influence across the board. It is critical that this person can demonstrate a deep understanding of value drivers in order to deliver the best exit at the required point in time.

Working with a successful mid-market private equity fund, in order to be considered for this role you will need to have a track record of delivering at least one successful exit of significant value and also a knowledge of contracted and subscription revenue models. There is a field based workforce so an understanding of how to deliver optimum utilisation would also be advantageous.
