A highly acquisitive leisure organisation is currently seeking a Finance Director to join their Central London based office. My client has a number of sites across the UK that provides fun activities for all ages. This is a senior management position and will hold responsibility for providing both financial support and analysis in all decisions. The successful candidate will have prior leisure experience and must be fully qualified.Key Responsibilities:
Manage, lead and develop the finance functionResponsible for the financial modelling of the annual 5 year strategic planBusiness partnering with Site Managers and other departmental heads to ensure the continued growth of the companyInvolvement in identifying, developing and delivering specific strategic projectsLead and oversee the budgeting processWork with the CFO to achieve the relevant forecasted marginsPresentation of annual accounts with strategic recommendationsSet objectives and KPI's and ensure best practice is upheldOversight of all Capex accounting and leading on Capital projects
