Legal Counsel

A leading international business with continued plans for expansion and profit growth are recruiting to a newly created post of Senior Legal Counsel. Our client is looking to recruit an energetic, pragmatic Commercial Solicitor to join the department at an exciting time of the teams growth. This is a unique and rare opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge in their career. Our client is a recognised household name and market leader in their sector, and working with their in-house legal team this role will see you develop and implement new functions in line with future plans for the business. Whilst your day to day responsibilities will be to provide legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements across a broad spectrum of suppliers and partners, you will also have the chance to build on something, putting your own imprint onto the role.

The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of commercial law specifically with exposure to a wide variety of commercial agreements. Ideally the role would suit someone with a minimum of 7 years PQE with strong in-house experience, who is commercially focused and is a confident, pragmatic Commercial Solicitor.

Our client is also looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both in the UK and internationally.
