Our client is a well established building society in Wales and have over £8bn worth of assets.
Description
- Commercial/ Corporate legal matters on a project and ad hoc basis
- work with all business functions to achieve commercial goals whilst protecting the business
- Working with the Head of Legal and senior solicitors on a range of business initiatives
Profile
Candidate must have a solid commercial legal background and be able to begin a new role in June/ July 2019.
Client is very open to candidates coming from both private practice and in-house
