We are working with a mid-market, private equity-backed multi-site business that are seeking an Interim CFO to join the team. This business has seen significant growth over the last 18 months and are looking to grow predominantly through several bolt-on acquisitions during the next 6 months.
The Role:
Initially, you will be tasked with developing the company strategy and building the relationship with the syndicate of banks. You will be working in an evolving organisation with a highly driven management team and a strong track record of creating value. You will be working alongside the CEO, executing the company growth plan, which is ambitious.
The Requirements:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or the equivalent.
- Immediately available and happy to travel across Europe.
- A strong track record of working within private equity-backed businesses or highly leveraged environment.
- Experience within multi-site.
- Experience previously working within a leveraged environment as a Group CFO.
