Financial Controller

Financial controller job, Woking, Surrey paying up to £65k

Your new company
You will be joining a well known listed technology business based close to Woking, Surrey as part of the head office finance team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance and as pat of the senior management team, you will be taking on a broad role encompassing team leadership for both local and offshore finance teams (7-8 team part qualified and newly qualified team members), monthly management accounts with variance analysis/commentary, review and management of work in progress (WIP) as well as supporting the wider business with both project accounting and bid related modelling.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/equivalent), you should have strong experience of training, developing and managing teams within management accounting and be confident in ensuring accurate, timely and value added management reporting. Exposure to business partnering operations teams and Directors would be advantageous.
