Assistant Director of Finance We're keen to build on our success and implement an ambitious growth plan which will see us develop 1,000 homes, with ambitions to take this further afield than our core area of Wythenshawe. We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Director of Finance to be the inspirational leader of our finance and rents departments. A key member of the Senior Management Team, the Assistant Director of Finance will provide strategic leadership to ensure we realise our significant financial capacity and ambitious development programme. Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, integrity and compliance, the Assistant Director of Finance will strive to shape and deliver services that are excellent value for money and develop strategies to secure our rental income.

The Assistant Director of Finance will ensure that our ambitious objectives and plans are founded on resilient financial planning and ensure value for money is embedded in all our activities. As well as leading on financial management, budgeting and reporting and financial inclusion, the Assistant Director of Finance will also review existing processes, identify potential improvements and take the lead in planning for new developments and investments.

With your commercial input, we'll aim to develop our strong financial position and ensure our organisation goes from strength to strength. As Assistant Director of Finance. you'll need to demonstrate previous experience a similar, senior-level role, where you have been responsible for financial systems and reporting, and fostered a customer-first, value-for-money culture.
