The opportunity:

A Top-Tier legal firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join and assist with an increasing caseload. Recently, the firm has picked up contracts with high net-worth clients since their reputation for providing individual and quality advice has been well noticed over the last few years around the Bristol market.

The work:

As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you will be heavily involved in providing specialist advice to an umbrella of international clients. You will play an important part in both contentious and non-contentious caseloads.

The Corporate Tax team works closely with the Private Wealth team therefore you will be provided with the opportunity and resources to progress and build your own profile and portfolio within the firm.

As a Corporate Tax Solicitor you will be involved collectively in the basis of Tax around Merger & Acquisitions, Corporate restructuring, Residential development and also international level Tax work from the cross-border clients.

You will be commercially aware and open to business development opportunities in order to increase the quantity of work further. A positive attitude and personality are highly favoured as it implies you are able to interact with clients and fellow employees in a professional and personal manner.
