An opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious Construction lawyer to join the highly regarded international Construction team of a London firm full-time for a long-term contract of 12 months.
Responsibilities of your new role
As the firm's new Construction Lawyer, your core duties will include:
- Undertaking high profile Construction work for a range of clients including property developers, contractors, engineering consultancies and property investment companies
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating construction and engineering agreements
- Dealing with associated documentation such as insurance agreements and related financial security agreements.
Candidate requirements
Joining a Construction practice ranked highly in the Legal 500, the firm requests that applicants demonstrate:
- Training and qualification from a leading City law firm
- 2-4 years of PQE
- Short notice / immediate availability
- Strong experience in non-contentious Construction work
- Ability to commit to a 12-month fixed term contract
