Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate Energy contracts
  • Advise on Energy deals
  • Provide legal advice to the business
  • Assist to train/develop junior members of staff

Key requirements:

  • Min 4 + PQE
  • Must have worked at a Magic Circle or leading US Law firm
  • Must have significant Oil & Gas experience, particularly in the projects space
  • Must have M&A experience
  • Ideally have worked in-house at a major Oil & Gas company
  • Must be already based in Abu Dhabi, or be willing to re-locate
