Regional Counsel, Asia Pacific (5+ PQE) - 14640/TTL

Our client is the largest dedicated Asia-only investment specialist asset management firm. A dynamic, growing, privately owned company with over 25 years track record, it is headquartered in the US. The firm has further expanded and established offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai. You will be responsible for advising and supporting the local business on the marketing and distribution of the firm's Luxembourg SICAV and advising on and supporting new initiatives and opportunities in the region. They are now seeking a top-tier attorney with experience in-house and/or at a law firm and expertise in Hong Kong and ideally also Singapore asset management laws and regulations. The successful candidate will possess relevant legal skills and experience, a strong work ethic, an ability to effectively advise the local business and a strong desire to integrate and collaborate with global legal colleagues as a member of the global legal team.
