The role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Guildford, Surrey office.

The Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of clients, across several industry sectors, the level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. You will work individual property owners, investors, developers, retailers, industrial sites, lenders, land owners and affordable homes providers.

The caseload will include; Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending and Corporate Support.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
