COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR (TECHNOLOGY)

THE ROLE
- The commercial team is looking to add to its current offering with the recruitment of one or possibly two more commercial solicitors, specifically with experience of advising on digital or technology matters
- You will be working on a broad range of commercial agreements, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing, as well as complex and high value commercial contracts
- You will be joining a team with a strong client base from large plc's to start-up ventures
- You may be involved in matters ranging from online trading through to complex manufacturing agreements, IT procurement contracts, IP protection and exploitation and information law

THE REQUIREMENTS
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contracts, gained either in private practice or in-house
- Experience of working for on behalf of technology and/or digital organisations is essential
- You will have a broad range of commercial experience, but ideally experience of negotiating complex and high value contracts
- You must be an individual who is willing to get involved with all areas of business development, including marketing and networking events
- There is no set PQE level for this role, candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply
