An exciting technology start-up in Maidenhead is looking to recruit a General Counsel on a part-time, temporary basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
As General Counsel your core responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking legal reviews/updates and negotiations on all aspects of the company's standard operating model such as client T&Cs, MSAs, engagement, supplier agreements, and employer contracts
- Managing projects with external counsel for specific projects such as establishment of JVs, shareholder/articles and services.
Candidate requirements
The successful General Counsel applicant will demonstrate:
- 8-10 years of PQE
- Previous experience working in a legal team for a professional services company
- Experience of dealing with commercial and corporate matters
- A hands-on approach and broad range of commercial experience
Salary
The successful General Counsel will be offered a fantastic daily rate of £480 - £520, dependent on experience.
