Senior Commercial Lawyer (12+ PQE) - 14736/TTL

This global media and entertainment conglomerate is in need of a Senior Commercial Lawyer to look after its legal and business affairs in Hong Kong. This role involves overseeing projects negotiations and contract drafting, as well as advising on marketing and sales activities with a focus on commercial/corporate, antitrust, IP and data privacy matters. You must be Hong Kong qualified with over 12 years' PQE in commercial/corporate work at a top-tier law firm or an MNC. Candidates with business acumen and stellar academics, along with IP and contract management experience in the FMCG, TMT or media industry are preferred. Excellent English and Chinese languages are required as well as strong legal drafting skills. REF: 14736/TTL
