I am working with an industry leading, legal 500 firm who are looking for a Solicitor to join the team to work on a variety of contentious construction matters, which will include projects and environment. The work is a broad range across our markets and sectors, particularly Real Estate, Energy and Utilities, Industrials, Retail and Consumer and Transport and Healthcare together with our market leading Managing Risk service.

The successful candidate hold a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience including some contentious construction experience gained within a quality environment likely but not exclusively to be within a large or mid-tier firm. You will have a good grounding in construction litigation and ideally have experience dealing with PFI dispute work BSF and hospitals and preparing witness and expert statements.
