CORPORATE/ COMMERCIAL LAWYER - PART-TIME

THAMES VALLEY - PERMANENT POSITION

Niche law practice in the Thames Valley with a commercial client base is looking for further commercial law growth with the recruitment of a part-time corporate/ commercial lawyer.

The role will involve working on a range of corporate transactions & commercial law matters, including:

• Corporate acquisitions and disposals (share and asset sales)
• Establishing Companies
• Shareholders' agreements and LLP Agreements
• Terms and conditions of business
• Commercial Contracts

The role will also involve:

• Working on and running own client matters as well as working as part of a team.
• Business development/ marketing and developing client relationships.
