Title: Corporate Legal Counsel

Location: Central London

Our client provides private, exceptional, education to the leaders of tomorrow through a global network of state-of-the-art school and educational facilities. Due to the rapid acceleration of our client's international growth strategy, the Global Legal team, based in London, requires the addition of a Legal Counsel to facilitate the continued growth of the company across the APAC region.

The Global Legal team is the engine of growth behind this client's international success. With the business poised to double in size and revenue within the next four years, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting the aggressive M&A project across the APAC region- supported by a Regional Legal Counsel and Legal Assistant. This is a real opportunity to work with some of the most accomplished legal professionals in the market and promises to be an excellent training and development opportunity.

The successful candidate will have exceptional experience in Corporate law, particularly cross-boarder M&A, and will have 1-4 years PQE within a reputable law firm or In-house legal team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, in-house role with corporate law at its core.
