Commercial Finance Manager

An outstanding opportunity for a high calibre Commercial Finance Manager to join a multinational instantly recognisable business in Surrey. You will support the Commercial Director and mainly be responsible for providing insight led change as a Sales & Marketing Finance Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity as it interfaces with various senior stakeholders in a large fast-paced organisation.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• Be a qualified Accountant (preferably ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience working in a commercially focused environment.
• Always meet tight deadlines of own work.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A strong track record of driving improvements.
• Team player, pro-active self-starter and highly motivated.

A little more information about the role:

• You will be accountable for leading the sales and marketing commercial team, delivering the annual sales forecast and the commercial impacts of new activities.
• Manage and diagnose the weekly performance review and deliver insight led changes and recommendations.
• You will be responsible for making the pricing decisions of the business.
• You will also be accountable for two direct reports by coaching and developing them.
• Liaise and collaborate with core stakeholders of the business.
• Ownership of quarterly cost of sales forecasting, revenue and margins analysis and other ad hoc projects including competitor analysis.
