Senior Legal Counsel - In house IT and Commercial Counsel role with a UK household name (London) 4 years PQE+
Client Details
Our is a well known UK brand.
Description
The main responsibilities with this role is to ensure the provision of timely, high quality and focused legal advice to the IT and Procurement teams of this well known brand, working under the supervision of the Head of Legal, IT & Procurement.
Although your primary focus will be on support of the Projects, you will also be required to provide support on otherBAU IT or general commercial matters where the business needs legal advice and you have capacity outside of your work on the Projects.
Profile
You'll be a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 4 years PQE that includes experience advising on and negotiating complex and high value IT framework agreements and outsourcing deals
Experience in working on cloud computing and agile software contracts is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
