Senior Legal Counsel 5+ PQE - Outsourcing / Commercial Contracts / Public Sector
Location: London, Manchester or Glasgow with flexible working options
Due to growth a leading FTSE company has a new opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join one of its largest divisions.
Reporting into the Head of Legal you will join a highly experienced team, where you will be given the autonomy to take the lead on a wide range of bespoke outsourcing deals as well as working as part of the team on very large deals. You will fully integrate yourself with the commercial team and will play a key role with customer negotiations both pre and post contract.
You may be currently working in-house or within private practice and will be confident negotiating bespoke outsourcing contracts, experience in procurement, IT services and the public sector would also be beneficial.
