I was contacted today by one of our old clients who is about to do something rather spectacular with an overseas ipo.
On the back of some significant contracts and I must emphasise the word significant, their floatation will be an amazing liquidity event of their outstanding technology product.
The wealth created will be life changing or enhancing for someone very lucky!
I am looking for a CFO who has previously been CFO of a FTSE 100/200 company and has significant respect in the market.
The institutional investors have asked me to find a truly independent CFO, who can partner the CEO and provide robust and independent financial information.
The listing is likely to be in Hong Kong or the United States , but we would welcome conversations with either UK CFOs, or those from HK or the US.
Given the task ahead this would probably suit someone with a few Gray hairs , looking for one final hurrah, which this will surely be.
Salary plus package and stock is outstanding.
Background is not material as they are sector agnostic but if you have not been the CFO of a large quoted plc this will not be for you.
