An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Top 100 national law firm based in South West London. The firm have a well established property department and are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years post qualification experience.

The firm's national Real Estate department carries out a full range of commercial property work for its health, social care and other clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.

The individual would be required to hit the ground running, be able to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters which include: negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions.

Experience of commercial property matters within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage, but is not essential.
