Management accountant for property development group

Your new company
You will be working for a real estate group who currently have a number of luxury developments across London. The business are currently looking for an interim management accountant to help them through a busy period.

Your new role
You will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts for two businesses within the group, one within the first phase of the development and the other business is at planning phase. You will support the Finance Manager on any ad hoc projects and provide helpful management information for the wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, ideally for a real estate background. You will have experience preparing management accounts and feel comfortable hitting the ground running. You will have a good attention to detail and be able to work easily with non-finance.
