An unmissable and rare opportunity has arisen for a 0-3 PQE Solicitor to work on a high profile public inquiry, alongside an experienced and well-respected team of Healthcare lawyers in the central London office. A substantial portion of the role will require acting for healthcare practitioners on direct instructions or on instruction from their indemnifier/insurer in proceedings before various regulatory bodies.

The Firm
A leader in Healthcare, this firm's reputation traditionally lies in acting for GPs and dentists, particularly on disciplinary issues, although its client list now includes 20 FTs and 54 PCTS, numerous mental health trusts, ambulance services, and growing numbers of private and third sector clients.

The Role
The core focus of the team is defending general medical and dental practitioners, although the team also prosecutes for regulatory bodies. The team has been involved in s most of the high profile, landmark healthcare cases of the last few decades.

An opportunity has arisen for a lawyer to join their healthcare regulatory team. The remit is broad and they will consider candidates who are newly qualified upwards. You will have excellent academics and have trained with a good quality firm.
