Based in the Heart of the West End an entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking, legal 500 firm are seeking a Real Estate solicitor to join their award winning team.
You will join a 17 Partner firm that has grown from strength to strength in recent years and is particularly regarded for their expertise and reputation with HNW domestic and international clients.

You will have ideally gained at least 3 years experience within Commercial Property and be looking to join a forward thinking and progressive firm. You will have experience dealing with the full spectrum of a commercial property caseload including all aspects of buying selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant law, Conditional sales and purchases, Lease renewals, Ancillary deeds (of variation, surrender, rent deposit, licence for alterations, Refinancing (acting for lenders and borrowers alike) and Overage.
