SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, HUGE GROUP, SAUDI NATIONAL

CLIENT: We are working exclusively with a large conglomerate company who have a wide array of business interests across the GCC. They are seeking a new Senior Legal Counsel to join them in Saudi.

ROLE: You can be based in either Dammam or Jeddah, with travel across Saudi. The work will concentrate across a wide range of business units, reporting to the General Counsel, but having a good degree of autonomy on a day to day basis, working with commercial, technical and business teams.

The work will be very broad in nature and cover areas such as corporate, commercial, disputes, risk, IP, and compliance.

CANDIDATE: Essential criteria for the role are provided:

- Saudi National, qualified lawyer

- 5-10 PQE of experience

- Strong corporate and commercial skill set

- Interest and experience specifically into industry, engineering and energy sectors will be advantageous

- Distinct experience of the Saudi market
