IT/Technology Lawyer, 2+

The in-house legal team of this global leader in professional services firm is seeking a technology lawyer to join their global transactions team.

In this role you will be responsible for advising on a broad range of technology agreements such as software, hardware and data licenses, services agreements, as well as advise on complex IP and data protection matters. You will become a trusted adviser to the business for future technology strategies in artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics, drones and robotics to name a few.

You may have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in IT/IP with a strong understanding of licensing, data privacy (including EU requirements), and contracting with cloud service providers and associated issues. You will have qualified at a top City firm and ideally gained experience In-House at a technology company.
