Childcare Lawyer

AW Absolute are currently working with a Private Practice based in Coventry, who are seeking a Childcare Lawyer to join them on a temporary basis.

The duties of the role will include; care proceedings, guardianship orders, disputes of parental responsibilities, child protection and social services involvement and disputes over where the child should live.

The role will be offered on an ongoing basis, until the firm find a permanent member of staff. You will be working as part of a wider collaborative Family Team.
