CORPORATE COUNSEL, MAJOR INVESTMENTS, DUBAI

CLIENT: We have worked with this key client for many years and they have now started looking for a very strong lawyer to join their extremely busy Dubai office. They are a global investor with a diverse portfolio of interests.

ROLE: You will support the team and business in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters and help maintain very high standards across the board, particularly in investments, corporate governance and compliance.

CANDIDATE: It is essential that you have around 3-5 years' of post qualified experience, with training from a top tier UK or US firm. There is no issues with relocating strong candidates from overseas. Academics and overall calibre will need to be very high. You will need to have experience across corporate, commercial, M&A, private equity and equity capital markets matters and be extremely bright and hard working to match the expectations of the client.
