SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, FINANCIAL SERVICES, ABU DHABI

CLIENT: Our client is an expanding company, seeking to add a new Senior Legal Counsel to their existing team.

ROLE: Whilst the environment is financial services, the work is much broader, covering non finance matters such as general commercial contracts, risk management, litigation, compliance, regulatory, and team training.

CANDIDATE: Ideal candidates are likely to be common law qualified and come from either a law firm or corporate multinational environment. Those with general commercial contracts backgrounds, who are comfortable and happy to turn their hand to a wide variety of work, will be best suited. Financial services environment experience is seen as a plus but not a necessity.

The major advantage with this role is that overseas candidates (particularly those with European multinational experience) are invited to apply. An ideal PQE will be between 5-8 years.
