Hot off the press new role for an experienced new homes lawyer looking in Somerset.
Part of the large residential property group, you'll be excited about the prospect of building and growing a housebuilder team.
Whilst not setting this up from a standing start as my client already undertakes this work, you'll be tasked with putting this under one umbrella and managing and growing the department.
An exciting opportunity either for an established senior housebuilder lawyer with previous managerial and supervisory expertise or indeed a more junior lawyer who would require some supervision in this capacity. My client is able to accommodate either option.
