The firm is seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor for their established yet growing Bristol office.

The Role

The firm has a wealth of expertise in Residential Property. They deal with a mix of work, a substantial amount of which is high end, bespoke work. The firm has a strong reputation in Plot Sales and shared ownership. You will join a busy growing department, dealing with sales of freehold and leaseholds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, plot sales and lease extensions.

• You will be a senior Residential Property Solicitor/ILEX
• You will have experience of running your own caseload
• Experience in shared ownership would be an advantage, but not essential for the right person
• You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
• There are very good prospects for progression
• Salary is £45,000 - £60,000
