A high growth technology start-up are looking for a Head of Finance (with a background in SaaS) to have full operational and strategic responsibility for the finance function globally. The key relationship will be with the Founder as the business closes another round of funding and set to dramatically increase headcount in 2019.
The Head of Finance will be responsible for setting up foreign entities and with that, the financial structuring for the global business whilst maximising operational performance. There is a small team of finance professionals who will manage the day to day aspects of finance leaving the Head of Finance to guide the business strategically (including monetisation, pricing models etc) and gear up for the next round of fundraising over the next 12 months.
Experience of working in a start-up/high growth business is essential with a familiarity of the tech sector, specifically SaaS. The Head of Finance will have worked within global businesses and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment and a possess a 'hands on' attitude that comes from working in a start-up previously.
