Commercial Senior Associate/Legal Director, Manchester

This well known national firm is seeking a Commercial lawyer at the Senior Associate/Legal Director level, to join the Manchester team.

The Role
- The commercial team handles a range of matters including commercial contracts, date protection, intellectual property, franchising and IT contracts
- You will gain exposure to complex and varied work for clients across a broad range of sectors
- The role will involve owning your own work and also working as part of a senior team on larger scale matters
- You will be encouraged to take an active role in business development and mentoring juniors in the team

The Candidate
- Commercial candidate at the Senior Associate/Legal Director level
- Strong technical knowledge of non contentious commercial transactions or more niche IP/IT contracts
- Previous experience handling large scale transactions
- A passion for excellent service delivery and growing client relationships
