In-house Construction Lawyer
Bristol with flexible working options
An excellent commercially focused in-house legal opportunity to work for leading FTSE company. Working together with their highly professional In-house legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity playing a key role acting as direct point of contact to the business in relation to a wide range of construction and general commercial legal matters. This role will offer mainly non-contentious work but may also include advising the business on disputes as and when they arise.
Your will need a proven track record in working with various standard form construction contracts and commercial experience in negotiation of consultant appointments, JV agreements, shareholder agreements, collateral warranties ad letters of reliance. Happy to work autonomously with strong communication ability across all levels of business.
