The Role

The firm needs a Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving Thames Valley office.

The ideal candidate will be a general Corporate Solicitor who will have the opportunity to develop within an exceptional and innovative team. You will work with an award-winning team which has been highly ranked in terms of deal volume. You will work alongside partners that are considered leaders in their field and carry a strong reputation.

On offer is a full spectrum of high-quality work, the successful candidate will be encouraged to take ownership of smaller transactions. The successful candidate will assist in more complex matters and be part of a growing department, giving you the tools you need to progress your career.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will ideally have experience in business development and networking
• You will be ambitious and motivated
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
