A national Top 50 award-winning law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its market leading department in Leeds city centre.
This national Corporate team provides a comprehensive range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals. We also handle company re-organisations and re-structuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, investment agreements, and offer advice on general company law compliance and corporate governance.
You will manage a workload of corporate transactional and company law advisory work for a variety of clients, including owner managed businesses, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLP's, partnerships, and individuals.
This Leeds based national firm is looking for a candidate with 7+ years' PQE, though candidates outside of this level will still be urged to apply. You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with proven experience in all aspects of private M&A transactions.
