The Client 

We are working with several leading international and top US firms in London, who are currently seeking Banking & Finance associates at all PQE levels. 

We are in close contact with senior stakeholders in these firms, and many offer a real platform for long-term progression.

These firms are open to associates with more general Banking & finance experience, in addition to more specialist areas, including: 

• Leveraged finance 
• Bank lending 
• Acquisition finance 
• Real estate finance 
• Project finance 
• Asset finance 
• Financial services regulation 

The Role 

• Client contact: meeting and establishing specific requirements 
• Due diligence: including on-site meetings 
• Producing initial documents, and negotiating terms therein 
• Structuring innovative financing models 
• Competition of transactions, including 
• Finalising post-competition procedures 

The Requirements 

• The firms are reviewing applications across all PQE levels 
• UK qualified, or able to work in the UK 
• Relevant experience in banking & finance roles
