Senior Commercial Accountant

My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Accountant o join their expanding team. The company has recently developed a number of high-profile properties that are changing the London skyline.

As a Senior Commercial Accountant you will be responsible for delivering for a high-profile portfolio reporting directly into the Senior Finance Manager. Other duties will consist of.

• Full ownership of the month-end reporting process
• Analysis of the business's financial performance vs. budget and prior year
• Ensure non-financial information is prepared and collated accurately
• Presentation of the Portfolios financial results
• Liaise with Portfolio Directors and senior management on an on-going basis to monitor and review P&L performance
• Coordinate the budget and flash forecast process, including setting the timetable, liaison with key contacts
• Assist with the production of the budget pack and flash forecast
• Explaining variances to budget and identifying the financial impact and risks of commercial decisions
• Understand the strategic impact of decisions that are being made across the portfolio

Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organistaional skills, the ability to adapt to a changing environment and business partnering to non-finance directors.

Candidates will be a Qualified ACCA or ACA with previous experience of multisite accounting.
