The Role

The firm are looking to hire an Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

You will work on a range of Commercial Property matters, both contentious and non-contentious. The firm are expanding at a steady rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their own specialism and focus to the commercial team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases. Experience in Development work is also an advantage, as this is an area the firm are looking to grow.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• Experience in Development work is preferable
• You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
