This leading Global Investment Management firm is looking to recruit a newly to recently qualified accountant for a 6 month contract role. Working in the EU finance team (covering London and Dublin businesses) and reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:
As the ideal candidate you will be a newly / recently qualified accountant from either a practice / audit or commercial background (ACA, CAANZ, CPA, ACCA or CIMA.) You will have experience working in Financial Services or an interest in the sector. 6 Month role
This leading Global Investment Management firm is looking to recruit a newly to recently qualified accountant for a 6 month contract role. Working in the EU finance team (covering London and Dublin businesses) and reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Assistance with monthly accounting close processes for corporate and trading entities.
- Regulatory reporting processes for funds (daily, monthly, quarterly) including use of 3rd party FCA reporting software.
- Help manage the supplier payment process for UK and Ireland
- Assist with Financial Reporting and year end audit work across multiple businesses.
- General ledger entries and analysis of transactions across multiple businesses.
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Expense analysis.
- Other tasks as directed by the Financial Controller.
