An exceptional opportunity for a high calibre Finance Business Partner to join one of the world's leading and well-known brand based in Southwest London. You will support the Group finance leadership and be primarily responsible for providing the corporate financial performance reporting of the Group as well as various other ad hoc analysis. You will be a key member of the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team. This is an amazing opportunity as it interfaces with a wide variety of stakeholders in a large fast-paced organisation.

Our client has very specific requirements for the background/experience and you will need to be either:

  • ACA (Big4) qualified looking to make first move from practice.
  • ACA (Big 4) qualified with 0-2 years industry experience.
  • CIMA qualified preferably from a large business.

You will also need to have:

  • Ability to implement new business strategies and influence decision making
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills and a pro-active self-starter.
  • Always meet tight deadlines; prioritise and work under pressure of own work.
  • A strong track record of analytical and technical financial skills and the ability of applying accounting regulations.
  • Proven track record of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

A little more information about the role:

  • You will be responsible for business partnering and driving optimum business decisions.
  • You will be accountable for the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting outcomes of the business.
  • Manage the decision making in respect of cost reduction, profit and revenue increase and financial performance balance.
  • You will assist and support with the operational business decisions and provide advice as to how to add business value.
  • You will manage and challenge other FBPs of the team to improve their business performance and quality of work.
